RH6250-50T is two-component Platinum curing liquid silicone rubber
for Injection mold making . It can be used for mold making for
anti-slip mat,artificial prosthesis, making soft silicone rubber
products like human body shape, bra pads, diving glasses, shoulder
pads, patch, anti-slip mat, watch, headphones,making and also can be used for pouring material for electronic
and electrical parts, etc.

Vulcanisation: 5 min. 150 °C + 4 hrs. 200 °C post cure

skin, silicone baby mat, silicone baby doll, etc.

Packaging & Storage
- RH6250 - 50T FDA, LFGB,Food grade is available in 20kgs pails or
200kgs drums.
- Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, use it within 12
months from the day of manufacture.
Notice
This product cannot be contacted with compounds containing N, P, S
to avoid affecting the catalytic effect of platinum.
FAQ
Q: Why is the silicon mold oily?
A: The molding silicone rubber itself doesn’t contain any oil, so
it won’t be oily. If the mold is oily, it may be because of two
reasons:
You add the compound silicone oil (the compound of silicon oil and
white oil). The white oil is not silicon oil but a kind of
petrochemicals.
Your supplier adds to much silicone oil when they producing
silicone rubber or reducing the hardness of silicone rubber.
Q: How to get rid of the bubbles during my mold making?
A: After mixing liquid silicone with a curing agent, please put the
materials into the vacuum machine to take off the bubbles
